Service availability may vary depending on location, weather, and other conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on on-site evaluation, changes in scope, or unforeseen circumstances. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Clients must schedule appointments in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, or other approved payment methods. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Liability

While we take great care to perform our services safely and professionally, AMERICA TREE SERVICE INC. is not responsible for:

Damages caused by pre-existing conditions on the property

Delays due to weather or unforeseen events

Issues arising from customer-provided information or instructions

We carry liability insurance, and proof can be provided upon request.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide safe and clear access to the work area

Keep children and pets away from the job site during service

Notify us of any underground lines or hazards

Failure to disclose important property information may result in service delays or additional charges.

7. Warranty

We stand by the quality of our work. However, because of the nature of tree services, we do not guarantee the long-term health of trees or shrubs once work is completed. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, logos, images) is the property of AMERICA TREE SERVICE INC. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA.
